Although managerial trust, employee empowerment and leader member exchange were evaluated in many reports, it is obviously noticed that the number of studies related with these subjects are insufficient for our country. Employee empowerment which is carried out by certain organizations in our country, was suggested as a product of new management concept. In this study, the employee empowerment in private courses, which have significant importance in the education sector, was evaluated. Initially LMX, managerial trust and employee empowerment were defined. Consequently regression analyses were performed according to the methodology of the research. As a conclusion managerial trust was found to have an indirect effect on employee empowerment by means of LMX.
