Örgütlerde Kültürel Çeşitlilik Olgusu, Boyutları ve Etkin Yönetimi Konusunda Farklı Yaklaşımlar: Yazınsal Bir Derleme

Küreselleşme eğilimine paralel olarak, dünyada işgücünün kültürel çeşitliliğinin giderek daha çok arttığı görülmektedir. Bunun sonucunda, günümüzün örgütleri açısından söz konusu çeşitliliğin anlamı, boyutları ve etkin biçimde nasıl yönetilmesi gerektiği konusu önemli bir sorun haline gelmektedir. İlgili yazın taramasında bu konuya ilişkin çok sayıda ve farklı doğrultularda araştırmanın yapıldığı ve yapılmakta olduğu görülebilir. Bu çalışma ile ilgili yazının ayrıntılı biçimde değerlendirilmesi ve özellikle kültürel çeşitliliğin yönetimine ilişkin farklı bakış açılarının sınıflandırılarak sistematik biçimde özetlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Cultural Diversity in Organizations, Its Dimensions and Different Approaches to Effective Cultural Diversity Management: A Literary Anthology

It is observed that cultural diversity of the workforce in the world is gradually increasing parallel with the globalization trend. As a result of this, in terms of today's organizations, the meaning of that diversity, its dimensions and how it should be managed in an effective way becomes' an important issue.The related literature contains a number of studies with different aspects about this issue. With this study, it is aimed to evaluate the relevant literature in detail and to summarize systematically different points of view about cultural diversity management by classifying them.
