İşe Almada Pazarlama Bakış Açısı ve Aday Odaklılık

Bilgi toplumu ve yeni ekonomi tartışmaları nitelikli insan kaynağının işletmeler için en önemli rekabet aracı olduğu gerçeğini vurgulamaktadır. Nitelikli insan kaynağım kazanma konusunda işletmeler arasında yaşanan rekabet, işe alma sürecinin odağını işletmeden adaya doğru kaydırmaktadır. Türkiye ekonomisi 2001 yılındaki ekonomik krizin ardından bir büyüme sürecindedir ve yakın gelecekte nitelikli insan gücü konusundaki rekabetin ülkemiz işletmeleri için de gündeme gelmesi beklenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, nitelikli adayların iş başvurusunda bulunmalarım ve başvuran adayların seçim..süreci boyunca memnun edümelerini sağlamak üzere işe alma sürecinin yeni bir bakış açısıyla yeniden ele alınması gerektiği öne sürülmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, işe alım sürecinin pazarlama bakış açısıyla ele alınarak işe almada aday odaklıİık adıyla yeni bir kavramsal çerçeve geliştirilmesidir. Bu amaçla yazın taraması yapılarak kavramsal çerçeve oluşturulmuş ve işe alma sürecinin aşamaları aday odaklı bir yaklaşımla yeniden tanımlanmıştır.

Marketing Perspective and Candidate Focus in Staffing

Debates on the knowledge society and new economy emphasize the fact that the most important tool of competition for businesses is qualified human resource. The rivalry between businesses for attracting qualified employees shifts the focus of the staffing process from business to candidate. Turkish economy has been growing since the 2001 economical crisis and it's expected that the rivalry for the qualified human resource will come up for the businesses of our country in the near future. This study argues that staffing process must be reexamined with a new perspective for attracting qualified candidates and satisfying applicants during the selection process. The aim of this study is to construct a new conceptual framework named candidate focused staffing by reexamining the staffing process with marketing perspective. The literature has been reviewed for constructing the framework and the staffing process redefined by a candidate focus approach, to achieve this goal.
