Testis torsiyonu ve apopitozis

ÖZET: Testis torsiyonu, erkeklerde testisin iskemik kalmasına neden olabilen ürolojik bir acil durumdur. Torsiyon etkilenen testiste perfüzyonun azalmasına yol açar. Reperfüzyonun ardından dokuda germ hücre apopitozisine neden olacak rbest oksijen radikalleri oluşur. Germ hücre apopitozisi ise doku yıkımının daha da artmasına neden olmaktadır.

Testicular torsion and apopitosis

Testicular torsion is a urological emergency that causes testicular ischemia in men. Torsion decreases Ipbilateral testicular perfusion. Following the reperfusion, free radicals which lead to germ cell apopitosis occur in the tissue.Germ cell apopitosis also increases tissue injury.
