Bu olgu sunumunda, üreteroappendiksel fıstülü olan kadın hasta ile literatür incelemesi yer almaktadır. Üretero-appendiksel fıstül oldukça nadir bir durum olup şimdiye kadar 5 olgu rapor edilmiştir. Bu farklı tanıyı koymak oldukça zordur ve tanı ancak operasyon sırasında doğrulanabilir. Üretero-appendiksel fıstülü olan hastalar uç-uca anastomoz , Boari flep gibi böbreği koruyucu tekniklerle tedavi edilebilecekleri gibi, ksantogranülomatoz piyelonefritli ve sintigrafi ile böbrek fonksiyonunun düşük olduğu doğrulanan olgular nefrektomi ile tedavi edilirler.

In this case report, a female with ureteroappendiceal fistula is described and review the literature. Uretero-apperiidical fistulas are extremely rare and only five cases of uretero-appendical fistulas have been reported. The differential diagnosis of this condition is extremely difficult, and diagnosis is usually confirmed intraoperatively.The patient with this problem can be treated with renal sparing surgery end to end anastomozis, Boari flap and appendectomy. Nephrectomy can only be performed in patients with, xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis and low renal function confirmed with scintigraphy.
