Travmaya bağlı uterus rüptürü ve batın içine migrate ölü fetüse ait radyolojik bulgular

Sezaryen haricinde, travmalara bağlı uterus rüptürü oldukça nadirdir. Etyolojide araç kazalarına bağlı travma ilk sırada gelmektedir. Burada daha önce sezaryen geçirmemiş 33 yaşındaki gebe kadında at tepmesi sonucu uterus rüptürü ve batın içine migrate fetüse ait radyolojik bulgular sunulmuştur

Radiological findings of uterin rupture due to trauma and exitus-fetus migrated into abdominal cavity: A case report

Uterine rupture due to trauma other than sectio is very rare. Motor vehicle accident is the first in etiology. We presented radiological findings of uterin rupture and exitus-fetus migrated into abdominal cavity in a 33 yearold pregnant woman who had not previous sectio, due to blunt trauma from horse kick.
