Epidermodisplazya verrusiformis: İki olgu

Epidermodisplazya verrüsiformis (EV) persistan human papillomavirüs (HPV) enfeksiyonu ile karakterize, nadir görülen bir bozukluktur. Hücre-aracılıklı immünitedeki defektin EV’ye neden olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu hastalıkta çok sayıda HPV tipi saptanmıştır ancak çok azının özellikle HPV-5 ve HPV-8’in karsinoma ile ilişkili olduğu gösterilmiştir. Multipl melanom dışı deri kanserleri gelişebileceği için hastalığın erken tanınması önemlidir.
