Vergi mükellefleri aynı zamanda tüketicidirler, tüketiciler de birçok halde vergi mükellefidirler. Bu nedenle tüketicilerin vergi problemleri aynı zamanda vergi mükelleflerinin problemleridir. Bu makalede gerek tüketici hakları gerekse mükellef hakları bakımından vergi sistemimizde mevcut bazı eksikliklerimiz inceleme konusu yapılmıştır.

Taxpayers are also consumers and in many cases consumers are taxpayers also. For this reason, legal problems of consumers on taxation are also the legal problems of the taxpayers. In this essay, legal problems arising out of our taxation system are analysed from the aspect of both the consumers' and the taxpayers' rights.
