VAN’DAKİ ASKERİ KÖPEKLERDE BRUSELLOZİSİN YAYGINLIĞININ ARAŞTIRILMASI

Çalışma, insanlarda ve diğer hayvanlarda da tespit edilen Brucella türlerinin Van’da Askeri köpeklerdeki yaygınlığını belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada toplam 40 adet köpekten kan alınarak, serumlarında Rose-Bengal Plate Test RBPT ve Standart Tüp Aglutinasyon Testi STAT yöntemleri ile Brucella canis antikorlarının varlığı araştırıldı. Çalışma sonucunda, incelenen tüm köpekler brucella enfeksiyonu yönünden negatifbulundu
