KÖPEKLERDE OMUZ EKLEMİ OSTEOCHONDRİTİS DİSSECANSIN SAĞALTIMINDA SUBCONDRAL OTOGREFT KULLANILMASI VE SONUÇLARI DENEYSEL ÇALIŞMA

Bu çalı şma değişik yaş ve cinsiyette 10 melez köpek üzerinde, 100. Yı 1 Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı nda gerçekleştirildi. Omuz ekleminin cranio-medialinde, caput humerus üzerinde üçgen biçiminde 0,5 0.5 .0.5 cm lezyon oluşturuldu. Scapula ve humerusdan aynı çapta alı nan greft bölgeye yerleştirildi. Operasyon alanı kuralına uygun kapatı İdi ve ilgili ekstremite 15 gün bandajla korundu. Olgular 60 gün sonra yeniden operasyona alınarak, greft uygulanan bölgeden 1x1x1 cm boyutunda alınan materyal 100. Y11 Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Patoloji Anabilim Dalı na gönderilerek histopatolojik değerlendirilmesi yapıldı

In the present study, 10 cros-breddogs in differend breed, age and sex were used as material at the University of Yüzüncü Y11 Faculty of Veterinary Science, Department of Surgery. Triangle 0.5 0.5 0.5 cm lesion made about the cranio medialis of shouder joint on the caput humerus. A grafit taken from scapula and humerus at same size placed in the lesion. Operation area stitched appropriately, and the relevant extremity protected 60 days after graft application for to take 1x1x1 cm material from grafit applicated area, the material examined histologi cally at the department of pathology. The recovery was evaluated according to histopathological findigs. As a result, osteochondral grafit found to be useftıl choice in the treatment of osteocondrosis dissecans
