Kedi ve Köpeklerde Pyometraıım Fizyopatolojisi, Tanısı ve Prostaglandinlerle Sağıtımı

Pyometra köpek ve kedi reprodüktif sisteminin en çok rastlanan hastalıklarından birisidir. Açık vakalar ve klinik bulgularla birlikte bulunan vakalar kolayca teşhis edilebilmesine rağmen kapalı vakalar güçlükle teşhis edilirler. Son yıllarda, prostaglandinler kedi ve köpeklerde pyometranın non-operatif sağıtımında başarıyla kullanılmaktadır. Bu raporda, kedi ve köpeklerde pyometranın fizyopatolojisi, klinik belirtileri, fiziksel muayenesi, laboratuvar bulguları, vajinal sitoloji ve kültür, ultrasonografik ve radyografik görüntüsü, teşhis ve ayırıcı teşhisi, ve prostaglandinlerle tedavisi derlenmiştir

Patlıoplıysiology, Diagnosis and Prostaglandins Tlıeraphy of Pyometra in Queens and Bitclıes Pyometra is one of the most common disease of the biteli and queen reproduetive system. Öpen cases and those which present with a combination of the clinical signs can be easily diagnosed. Although elose cases were dijficulty diagnosed. İn recent years, prostaglandins have successfully been used in queens and bitehesfor nonsurgical theraphy of pyometra. In this report was reviewed patlıoplıysiology, clinical signs, physical examination, laboratory findings, vaginal eytology and culture, ultrasonograplıy and radiography aspect, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and prostaglandins theraphy of pyometra in the bitclıes and queens
