Kalp Y etmezliğinin Nöroendokrin Tanımı

Kalp yetmezliği dolaşımdaki homeostazisi korumak amacıyla birçok nöroendokrin olayların görüldüğü kompleks bir sendromdur. Kalp yetmezliği görülen hastalarda sempatik sinir sistemi ve renin- anjiotensinaldosteron sisteminin aktive olduğu ve vazopressin salınımında artma oluştuğu bilinmektedir. Kalp yetmezliği durumunda ayrıca bazı natriuretik maddelerin de salınımında artma oluştuğu ortaya konmuştur Kalp yetmezliği olan hastalarda nöroendokrin sistemlerin durumunun iyi anlaşılması tedavide yeni gelişmelere kaynak teşkil edecektir. Bu makale kalp yetmezliği olan hastalarda nöroendokrin sistemlerin durumu hakkında özlü bilgi vermek ve bu bilgileri tedavi durumunda göz önünde bulundurmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır

Neuroendocrine Manifestation of Congestive Heart Failure

Congestive heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome characterized by a number of neuroendocrine responses. These responses are designed to maintain circulatory homeostasis. Activation of the sympathetic nervous System and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and the release of uasopressine haue been clearly documented in patients tuith congestiue heart failure. Certain va$orelaxant natriuretic substances are also released during heart failure. An understandıng of these neuroendocrine responses u>ill lead to neuı developments in therapy. The purpose of this article is to offer a brief revieıv of the neuroendocrine disturbance in heart failure and to put this Information into a meanıngf'tl context that can be used when considering therapy
