Levreklerde Dicentrachus labrax Vibrio anguillarum'a Bağlı Vibriosis Olgusu

Bu çalışmada levreklerde Vibrio anguillar jm'a bağlı vibriosis olgusu tanımlandı. Makroskopik olarak incelenen 4 balığın tümünde, pektoral ve pelvit yüzgeçlerin altında, abdominal kaslarda, ağız ve anüs çevresinde hemorajiler gözlendi, iç organlardan, dalakta büyüme ve karaciğerde anemi saptandı. Mikrobiyolojik yoklama için ekim yapılan beslerlerinde saf olarak V.anguillarum üredi. Hematolojik muayenelerde lökosit sayısında artma, eritrosit vt hematokrit değerinde ise azalma saptandı

In this study, a case of vibriosis caused ip Vibrio anguillarum reported in Dicentrachus Iabrax. ln macroscopic examinations of 4 fishes. haemorragies at the base of the pectoral and pelvic fins, abdominal muscle, around the anüs, and within the mouth have been observed. On cultured media for microbiological examinations, püre V.angı illarum grouıth u>as obtained. İn haemotological examinations, increased leucocyte counts and decreased erythrocytes counts, haemoglobine and haemotocrit values ıvere detected
