Fertil ve İnfertil İneklerin Servikal Mukusunda Alkalin Fosfataz, Amilaz ve Glukoz Düzeyleri

Bu araştırma servikal makusta bulunan alkalin fosfataz, amilaz ve glukoz konsantrasyonlarının dölverimiyle ilişkisini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada değişik ırk ve yaşta toplam 33 baş inek kullanılmıştır.Servikal mukuslarsun’i tohumlama amacıyla getirilen, kızgınlık belirtileri normal seyreden, sağlıklı ineklerden alınmıştır.Elde edilen mukuslarda alkalin fosfataz, amilaz ve glukoz düzeyleri sırasıyla gebe kalan ve kalmayan ineklerde 105.4+7.3 ve 61.8±7.3 U/L, 81.47+6.2 ve 48.3±6.3 mg/DL, 75.61+4.7 ve 40.5+6.7 U/L olarak bulunmuştur.

Concentrations of Alkaline Phosphatase Amylase And Glucose In Cervical Mucus of Fertile And Infertile Cows

The aim of this study, the influences alkaline phosphatase, amylaze and glucose’s concentration in cervikal mukus on fertility of cows ıvas researched. In this study, uarious breeds and aged 33 coıvs ıvere used. Servical mucuses ıvere collected brought coıvs for artificial insemination. This coıvs’ eostrus sings and healt ıvere normaly. Alkaline phosphatase, amylase andglucose concentration of the mucuses pregnated and nonpregnated coıvs ıvere determineted respectively as 105.4+7.3and 61.8+7.3 U/L, 81.47+6.2and 48.3+6.3 mg/DL, 75.61+4.7and 40.5±6.7 U/L.
