Bursa Bölgesi koşullarında yetiştirilen devekuşlarına (Struthio camelus) ait bazı serum biyokimyasal değerleri ve hematolojik parametreler

Bu çalışmada Bursa bölgesinde yetiştirilen devekuşlarına (Struthio camelus) ait bazı serum biyokimyasal değerler ve hematolojik parametreler incelendi. Bu amaçla 16 aylık, 5 dişi ve 5 erkek, toplam 10 devekuşundan kan örnekleri alındı. Glukoz, toplam kolesterol, toplam protein, kalsiyum, fosfor, klor, kreatinin, üre, ürik asit, albümin, değerleri ve aspartat amino transferaz (AST), alanin amino transferaz (ALT), laktat dehidrojenaz (LDH) ve kreatin kinaz (CK) aktiviteleri, hematokrit, alyuvar sayısı, hemoglobin, plazma sodyumu, plazma potasyumu, tam kan sodyumu, tam kan potasyumu, alyuvar potasyumu, glutatyon, sedimentasyon, akyuvar sayısı ve akyuvar formülü kan, serum ve plazmadan ölçüldü.

Some seu biochemical values and heatological paraeters of ostriches (Struthio camelus) raised in conditions of Bursa Region

In this study were determined for some biochemical values and hematological parameters from farmed ostriches (Struthio camelus) in Bursa region. For this purpose, blood samples were collected for 5 female and 5 male, 16 month of age, total 10 ostriches. Glucose, total cholesterol, total protein, calcium, phosphor, chlore, creatinin, urea, uric acid, albumin levels and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), lactate dehidrogenase (LDH) and creatin kinase (CK) activities, heamatocrit, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, plasma sodium and potassium, whole blood sodium and potassium, erythrocyte potassium, glutathione, sedimentation rate, leukocyte and white cell differentiation counts were measured from blood, serum and plasma.
