Farklı karma yem fomları ile beslenen karayaka kuzuları Rumenlerinin histolojik ve morfometrik yönden incelenmesi

: Bu çalışmada, farklı karma yem formlarının rumen mukozası üzerine etkisinin histolojik yönden incelenmesi amaçlandı. Araştırma, her biri 5'er kuzudan oluşan 3 grup üzerinde yürütülmüştür.

The histological and morphometrical investigation of the rumens of Karayaka lambs fed with different compound feed forms

The objective of this study was to determined histological effects of different forms of compound feed on rumen mucosa. This experiment was conducted on three groups, each containing five lambs. Lambs were during the fattening period with ground compound feed+alfalfa hay, ungrounded compound feed+alfalfa hay and only ungrounded compound feed, respectively. Histological samples were taken at the end of the experiment from the atrium, caudodorsal, dorsal and ventral regions of the rumens of animals and were investigated histologically and morphometrically. As a result of the study an increase in keratinization, PAS-positivity and branch formation in papillae were observed from I. group feeding to III.group feeding, respectively. The decrease in number of vesicular cells were also seen. Additionally it was determined that papilla width and length decreased from I. group feeding to III. group feeding.
