Koyunlarda metabolizma kafesinde tutulmanın bazı fizyolojik parametreler üzerine etkileri

Bu araştırma 4 erkek Kıvırcık tokluda stresin etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Metabolizma kafesine konulmadan önce ve konulduktan 30 ve 60 dakika sonra alınan kan örnekleri hematokrit, hemoglobin, alyuvar sayısı, OAH, OAHb ve OAHbY, akyuvar sayısı, glikoz, total kolesterol ve total protein değerleri yönünden incelenmiştir. Yine aynı şekilde kafes öncesi ve sonrası rektal ısı ve kalp atım sayısı tespit edilmiştir. Metabolizma kafesine konulmadan önce rektal ısı 38.30C, kalp atım sayısı 73.5/dak., glikoz 46.00 mg/dl olarak bulunmuştur. Metabolizma kafesine konulduktan 30 ve 60 dakika sonra bu değerlerin p

Effects of keeping in metabolism cage on some physilogical parameters of sheep

This study was carried out on four male one year old Kıvırcık sheep to determine the effects of acut stress. Blood parameters were determined as follows hematocrit, hemoglobin, RBC, MCV, MCHb, MCHbC, WBC, glucose, total cholesterol and total protein values before keeping in metabolic cage and after 30 and 60 minutes. Rectal temperature and heart rate values were recorded aswell. Average rectal temperature; 38.30C, heart rate; 73.5/min and glucose; 46.00 mg/dl were recorded before keeping in metabolic cage. These values increased after keeping for 30 and 60 minutes in metabolic cage (p<0.05).
