Nitelikli Öğretmenlerin Yetiştirilme Sürecinde Yeni Arayışlar: Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri

Eğitimciler, çok farklı görüş, tutum ve algıya sahip olsalar bile, öğretmenin sistemdeki önemi ve öğretmen adayının yetiştirilmesi sürecinin önemi noktasında fikir birliği içerisindedirler. Öğretmenin yetiştirilme sürecinde öğretmene kazandırılacak mesleki yeterliliklerin ve donanımın niteliği doğrudan eğitim-öğretim sürecinin niteliğini de belirleyecektir. Nitelikli öğretmen yetiştirilmesi eğitim sisteminin başarılı olmasında önemli kriterlerden biridir. Bu yazıda, eğitim sistemimizde nitelikli öğretmen yetiştirme süreci sorgulanmaya, öğretmen yetiştirme sürecinde var olan sorunlar tespit edilmeye ve bu doğrultuda çözüm önerileri ileri sürülmeye çalışılacaktır.

Even though educators have lots of different opinion, perception and attitude, they reach a consensus on the importance of teacher in education system and the importance of teacher candidate training process. The quality of teacher professional efficacy which is supposed to be gained in the process of teacher training will directly determine the quality of teaching training process too. Training qualified teachers is one of the significant criteria at the success of an education system. In this essay it is aimed to examine the process of training qualified teachers in education system also to define the current problems of this process and accordingly to come up with solution offers.
