Bu fotoğraflar A.İ.B.Ü.

Differences ini visual perception of some coniferous trees under snow load

In this study deals with determining visual values of some coniferous tree forms in Düzce city downtown and suggesting the differences in their visual perceptions according to seasons. For this purpose on snowy days of 2004 and on other days selected trees were photographed. These photographs were evaluting by A.İ.B.Ü. Forestry Faculty students by using Semantical Differential Scale Technique. The data taken out of the evaluation were interpreted according to differences in visual perception (visual quality and strength) by using correlation analysis. As a result of this study it was observed that there are seasonal differences in visual quality and strenght values of some coniferous trees in Düzce city.
