İsa'nın İncillerdeki soy kütüğüne baktığımızda Musa'yı, Yakub'u, İshak'ı, İbrahim'i, Nuh'u ve Âdem'i görmekteyiz. Bu Peygamber/Mesihler/le ahitleşen tanrı ile Yeni Ahit'in ahit yapan tanrısı; aynı tanrıdır. Yani Hz.
THE MANIFESTATION OF UNDERSTANDING GOD: ON THE ISSUE OF THE TRANSITION FROM YAHWEH TO JESUS
The concept of Yahweh in Judaism and the concept of the FatherSon and Holy Spirit in Christianity are not different or completelyindependent from each other. All of them is the same term which followed each other and different reflections of the same term. Jesus never denied Yahweh. He never declared understanding of a new religion called ‘Christianity’ in place ofof Judaism. On the one hand, it was claimedthat Jesus was God; on the other hand, Jesus was described as “human” in the Gospels. When we look at the geneology of Jesus in the Bible we see Moses, Jacob, Ishaq, Abraham/Ibrahim, Noah and Adam. God made a covenant with the prophets mentioned above. In the same wayGod made a covenant in the New Testament. I mean Jesus believed in the same God as Adam, Seth, Idris, Noah, Abraham, Ishaq, namely ‘Yahweh’, in the temple or ‘Synagogue’. There are no verses in the Bible stating that Yahweh abandoned the children of Israel, i.e.theJewscommunities. Consequently, in the light of the verses in the Old and New Testaments it may be concluded that the understanding of Yahweh in the Old Testament was transferred to God the Father-Son and Holy Spirit afterJesus left this world
