Türkiye'nin İzmir ve Ankara İllerinde Su Ürünleri Tüketimi
Bu çalışma Türkiyenin biri deniz kıyısında bulunan İzmir ile diğeri iç kesimde bulunan Ankara illerinde su ürünleri tüketim tercihlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. İzmir için 306 Ankara için 405 kişi ile doğrudan görüşülerek anket uygulanmış ve araştırmanın orijinal verileri elde edilmiştir. Anket verileri, SPSS ve Microsoft Excel paket programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; İzmir ilindeki bireylerin %81inin ağırlıklı olarak beyaz et, %19unun ise ağırlıklı olarak kırmızı et tükettikleri saptanmıştır. Bu bireylerden haftada en az 1 defa balık tüketenlerin oranı %46dır. Ankara ilindeki bireylerin %83ünün ağırlıklı olarak beyaz et, %17sinin ise ağırlıklı olarak kırmızı et tükettikleri saptanmıştır. Bu bireylerin haftada en az 1 defa balık tüketenlerin oranının sadece %30 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Hayvansal protein kaynağı olması nedeniyle su ürünlerinin beslenmedeki önemi oldukça büyüktür. Ancak ülkemizde hızla artan nüfusa ve dengeli beslenmede görülen ciddi sıkıntılara rağmen su ürünlerinden halen yeterince faydalanılmamaktadır. Sonuç olarak ülkemizde balık tüketim alışkanlığının arttırılması ve su ürünleri tüketiminin insan sağlığı üzerindeki kısa ve uzun vadedeki faydaları açıklanmalıdır. Bu amaçla, yerel yönetimler ve diğer bölgesel kurum ve kuruluşlar bulundukları bölgedeki halkın su ürünlerine ilgisini çekecek tanıtıcı ve özendirici faaliyetlerde bulunmalıdır.
Fishery Products Consumptıon in the Cities of Ankara and Izmir in Turkey
This study is one of Turkey at the sea coast in Izmir and Ankara in other inland fisheries are conducted to determine consumer preferences. 306 people in Izmir and 405 people in Ankara were directly interviewed and the orginal data for the research was gathered. Survey data were anlyzed with using SPSS and Microsoft Excel software packages. According to the survey data; it is determined that individuals consumed mostly white meat at the rate of 81%, and consumed white meat at the rate of 19%. At least 46% of these individuals consume fish once a week at a minimum. It is determined that 83% of the individuals in Ankara consumed white meat, 17% consumed red meat. It is found out that at least 30% of these indiviudals consumed fish once a week at a minimum. Aquaculture products are highly important for the nutrition due to its being animal protein resource. In spite of the fast growing population and big problems seen in balanced diets, aquaculture products are not efficiently benefited. As a result of our country to increase fish consumption habits and consumption of fishery products on human health in the short and long term benefits should be explained. To this end, local governments and other regional organizations and institutions of the people in the area where the handle will be of interest to fisheries and should be in promoting.
