Miyokard enfarktüsü ve kardiyak cerrahi sonrası perikardit

Perikardit, akut miyokard enfarktüsünü (ME) izleyen dönemde ortaya çıkan göğüs ağrısının sık nedenlerinden biridir. Akut miyokard enfarktüsü sonrasında gelişen perikardit; altta yatan fizyopatolojik süreç ve klinik olarak ortaya çıkış şekli ve zamanı açısından ikiye ayrılır. Postmiyokard enfarktüsü sendromu ve kardiyak cerrahisonrasında gelişen perikardit, ortak fizyopatolojik sürecesahip olup, benzer klinik özellikler sergiler. Tedavinintemel taşı nonsteroidal anti-enflamatuvar ilaçlar ve kortikosteroidlerdir.

Pericarditis after myocardial infarction and cardiac surgery

Pericarditis is one of the most common causes of chest pain after acute myocardial infarction (MI). Pericarditis following an acute MI can be classified in two groups according to the underlying physiopathological process and clinic onset and time. Post-myocardial infarction syndrome and pericarditis following cardiac surgery share a common physiopathological process and exhibit with similar clinical features. Corticosteroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are cornerstones of the treatment.
