Akciğer kanserinde VATS ile lobektomi

Akciğer kanserinde video yardımlı torakoskopik cerrahi (VATS) ile yapılan lobektomi ameliyatlarının uzun dönem sonuçları literatürde yer almaya başlamıştır. Bu derlemede akciğer kanserinde VATS ile lobektomi ameliyatı tanımlanmış ve literatür verileri ışığında erken ve uzun dönem sonuçları ve komplikasyonları gözden geçirilmiştir.

VATS Lobectomy for lung cancer

Long-term results of video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) lobectomy operations for lung cancer have begun to appear in the literature. In this review, after a brief description of VATS lobectomy, early and long-term results and complications are compiled based on the relevant literature.
