Asemptomatik dev timolipoma (Olgu sunumu)

Timolipoma, timik ve matür yağ dokunun bir arada bulunduğu, nadir benign neoplazmlardandır. Yirmi yaşındaki erkek olgumuzda trafik kazası sonrası rutin değerlendirmeler sırasında tespit ettiğimiz dev timolipomayı, ilgili literatürü de gözden geçirerek sunmayı uygun bulduk. Olgunun, literatürde şimdiye kadar saptanan ve total eksize edilen en büyük asemptomatik timolipomalı olduğunu gördük.

Asymptomatic giant thymolipoma (Case report)

Thymolipoma is a rare benign neoplasm of the thymus composed of mature adipose tissue and thymic tissue. In this report, we described an asymptomatic giant thymolipoma. To our knowledge, this is the biggest thymolipoma in the literature.
