Birinci basamakta yara bakımı

Yaralanmanın oluşu ile birlikte yara bakımı başlamaktadır. Yara bakımında ilk aşamada yapılan işlemler daha sonraki basamaklardaki yaklaşımı ve yara iyileşmesinin kalitesini belirlemesi nedeniyle önemlidir. Bu yazıda yara oluşumu, tipleri ve yara iyileşmesinin kısa fizyopatolojisi hakkında bilgi verilmekte ve yara oluşumundan sonra birinci basamakta sağlık hizmeti sunan sağlık personeline yaklaşım seçenekleri sunulmaktadır. Yara bakımı sağlık çalışanları tarafından sistematik bir şekilde yapılmalıdır.

Wound care in primary health care

Wound care starts with occuring of wound. Primary health care wound care important as to affect on quality of healing. It is given information about the types of wounds, brief wound physiopathology and presented the options of wound care to primary health care wound care proffessionals in this article. Wound care must be done in a systematic process by health care professionals.
