İklim değişiminin sosyal politika açısından değerlendirilmesi

İnsan kaynaklı iklim değişiminin ortaya çıkardığı etkileri sosyal politika bağlamında inceleyen çalışma, özellikle Sanayi Devrimi sonrasında insanoğlu ve çevre arasındaki etkileşimin olumsuz sonuçları üzerinde durmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın ilk bölümünde iklim değişimi nedenleri ve boyutları ile incelenmiştir. İklim değişiminin çevre, üretim, insan ve sağlık üzerindeki etkileri ise, ikinci bölümde yer almıştır. İklim değişimine karşı alınacak önlemlerin vurgulanmasından sonra, son bölümde, iklim değişimi ve sosyal politika etkileşimi incelenerek sosyal devlet, istihdam, sendikalar ve sosyal adalet konuları farklı yaklaşımlarla tartışılmıştır. The evaluation of climate change in term of social policy

This study which examines the effects of anthropogenic climate change in terms of social policy emphasizes the negative consequences of interaction between human and environment especially after the industrial revolution. In this sense, in the first part of study, the causes and dimensions of climate change are examined. Climate change effects on environment, production, human and health are taking place in the scope of second part of study. After emphasizing the measure that must be taken against the climate change, in the last part of the study, the issues such as the interaction between climate change and social policy, and social state, employment, trade unions and social justice are discussed.
