Eliptisin için ara ürün: Etil 2-(4-piridinkarboksilil) indol-3- karboksilatın sentezi

Bu çalışmada, eliptisin ve benzer bileşiklerin sentezinde kullanılabilecek bir bileşik olan etil 2-(4-piridinkarboksilil)indol-3-karboksilat (2) sentezlendi. Başlangıç olarak, etil 4-piridinkarboksilat ve dietil bütandioattan ester kondenzasyonu reaksiyonu ile dietil 2-(4-piridinkarboksilil)bütandioat elde edildi. Bu bileşik önce bir fenilhidrazon bileşiğine dönüştürüldü, sonra elde edilen hidrazondan Fischer indol reaksiyonuyIa hedef bileşik (2) sentezlendi.

The intermediate for ellipticine: The synthesis of ethyl 2-(4-pyridinecarboxylyl) indole-corboxylate

In this study, ethyl 2-(4-pyridinecarboxylyl)indol-3-carboxylate (2) was synthesized that this compound can be used to synthesize ellipticine and releated compounds. Initially, diethyl 2-(4-pyridinecarboxylyl)butandioate was obtained from ethyl 4-pyridinecarboxylate and diethyl butandioate by the ester condensation reaction. This compound, firstly, was converted to a phenylhydrazone compound. Then the target compound (2) was synthesized from this the hydrazone by the Fischer indol reaction.
