AİLE AİDİYETİ ÖLÇEĞİ: BİR ÖLÇEK GELİŞTİRME ÇALIŞMASI

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bireylerin ailelerine duydukları aidiyetlerini belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçmearacı geliştirmektir. Çalışma sonunda aile aidiyetini temsil ettiği düşünülen toplam 17 maddedenoluşan beşli likert tipi bir ölçek elde edilmiştir. Ölçek, Konyadaki farklı üniversitelerde öğrenimgören 1579 üniversite öğrencisi üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Family Sense of Belonging Scale: A Study of Developing a Scale

The aim of this study is to develop a scale for determining the individual s sense of belonging totheir family. At the end of the study, we obtain five point likert scale, which consists of 17 items andis thought to represent family sense of belonging. The scale was performed on 1579 college studentsstudying at different universities in Konya. In order to assess the suitability of factor analysis of thedata, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett s test is conducted prior to principal component analysis.The test results indicate the significance in KMO 0,96 and Bartlett Sphericity Test chi-square value16943,875 (p< 0,001). As a result of the factor analysis and varimax rotation, the scale is determinedthe two factors structure (family sense of belonging and sense of self-belonging) acounting for the60%of the total variance. The overall Cronbach-alpha coefficient of the scale was high (α=0,94). FamilySense of Belonging Scale (AAÖ) is found to be valid and reliable instrument which can be used in allfields for families particularly in family counselling.
