Genç Yetişkinlerde Kişisel İyi Oluşun Duygu Odaklı Yapılarla İncelenmesi

Bu çalışmada, genç yetişkinlerde kişisel iyi oluşun duygusal odaklı yapılarla yordanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, önce iyi oluş, duygusal zeka, duygusal öz farkındalık ve empati arası ilişkiler incelenmiş, daha sonra katılımcıların iyi oluş puanları farklı sosyo-demografik özellikler açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmaya, 18-30 yaşları arasında 173 (%60,7) kadın ve 112 (%39,3) erkek olmak üzere toplamda 285 kişi katılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Baron Empati Ölçeği Kısa Formu-22, Duygusal Öz Farkındalık Ölçeği-11, Asıl Form Schutte Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği-33 ve Kişisel İyi Oluş İndeksi Yetişkin Formu-8 kullanılmıştır. İlk aşamada, tüm grubun iyi oluş puanının yordanması için çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Tüm grupta elde edilen sonuçların farklı sosyo-demografik gruplarda farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemek amacıyla analizler cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim düzeyi, gelir durumu, medeni durum ve daha önce psikolojik destek hizmeti/tedavisi alıp almama durumuna göre oluşturulan gruplar için tekrarlanmıştır. Son aşamada ise sosyo-demografik grupların kişisel iyi oluş puan ortalamaları çok yönlü tek değişkenli varyans analizi ile karşılaştırılmış, grupların iyi oluş puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. Bununla birlikte, eğitim düzeyi ve yaş grupları arasında kişisel iyi oluş puanının dağılımı açısından etkileşim olduğu görülmüştür. Etkileşim sonuçları incelendiğinde, eğitim düzeyi yükseldikçe 18-25 yaş arasında yer alan grubun iyi oluş puanının arttığı, buna karşın 26-30 yaş aralığında yer alan grubun puanının azaldığı anlaşılmaktadır.
