A RESEARCH ON THE EFFECTS OF R & D BASED INNOVATION ACTIVITIES AND STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

The aim of this research is to examine the effects of R&D based innovation activities and strategic human resource management on sustainable cmpetitive advantage. In the research, R&D based innovation activities and strategic human resource management were considered as independent variables and sustainable competitive advantage as an dependent variable. The research is expected to contribute to the theoretical and practical aspects of the literature. The theoretical contribution of the research is that the effects of R&D based innovation activities and strategic human resource management on sustainable competitive advantage are examined in a holistic model and fill this gap. The contribution of the research practice, the effect on the sustainable competitive advantage of R&D based innovation activities and strategic human resource management are tested.
