Ara?tyrmanyn amacy, örgütlerde mobbing ve tükenmi?lik arasyndaki ili?kileri incelemektir. Ara?tyrmada tarama yöntemi kullanylmy? ve regresyon analizi yapylmy?tyr. Çaly?ma grubu, Sivas'ta Özbelsan A.?. grubunda çaly?an 138 ki?idir. Ara?tyrmada Maslach Tükenmi?lik Ölçe?i ve mobbing ölçe?inden yararlanylmy?tyr. Veriler 2009 yylynda toplanmy?tyr. Çaly?maya katylanlaryn 138 ki?iden 133'ü (%96.4) erkek ve 5'i (%3.6) kadyndyr. Mobbing ve tükenmi?li?in alt boyutlary arasynda pozitif korelasyon bulunmu?tur. Bu çaly?mada mobbing ile tükenmi?lik arasynda 0.48'lik bir korelasyon vardyr. Regresyon analizi sonuçlaryna göre, mobbingin yordayycysy olarak tükenmi?li?in önemli bir araç oldu?u görülmektedir.

A RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHPS BETWEEN MOBBING AND BURNOUT IN ORGANIZATIONS

The aim of this research is to address general relationships between mobbing and burnout in organizations. Survey method has been used in the research and regression analysis has been done. The study sample included total of 138 person in Özbelsan A.?. Maslach Burnout Scale and mobbing scale were used in the research. Data were collected in 2009. Of the 138 persons participating in the study, 133 are male (96.4 %) and 5 are female (3.6 %). Most of the correlations between "Mobbing" and sub-dimensions of "Burnout" were found positive. In this study, there is a correlation of. 48 between mobbing and burnout. Results of the multiple regression analysis regarding prediction of mobbing demonstrate that burnout is a significant instrument of prediction on mobbing.
