Aile, çevre, gelir durumu, ya?, e?itim, ö?retim, rol modelleri, giri?imciler için elinde bulunan sermaye, devletin ve sivil toplum kurulu?larynyn giri?imciye olan deste?i gibi daha birçok unsur giri?imi etkilemektedir. Günümüzde giri?imciye her zaman oldu?undan daha fazla gereksinim duyulmaktadyr. Giri?imci, ulusal ekonomi için sadece istihdam yaratan, il ve bölgeye katma de?er sa?layan, vergi ödeyen yönüyle de?il, ülke ekonomisine katky sa?layan bir güç halini almy?tyr. Bu çaly?mada amaç, giri?imcilik sürecinde etkili olan unsurlary belirlemek ve giri?imcilik ruhunun artmasyna, giri?imcili?in geli?mesine yapysal bir çözüm fyrsaty geli?tirmektir.

New entrepreneurs are constantly emerging in our country and in the world. There are many other factors affecting entrepreneurship together with individual characteristics. Family, environment, income, age, education, training, role models, capital that entrepreneurs have, the support of the state and non-govermental organizations for entrepreneurs and many other factors affect the venture. Nowadays entrepreneurs are being needed more than ever. Entrepreneur has become a power not only with the aspect of creating employment for the national economy, providing province and region with accretion value and paying taxes but also with contributing to the country's economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the effective elements in the process entrepreneurship and to develop a structural solution for increasing entrepreneurship.
