İş Tatmininin Örgütsel Bağlılık Üzerindeki Etkisine İlişkin İlaç Üretim ve Dağıtım Firmalarında Yapılan Bir Araştırma

Bu araştırmanın amacı;çalışanların iş tatminleri ve örgütsel bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir.Araştırma teorik bir çerçeve ile sunulduktan sonra konuyu desteklemek amacıyla ampirik bir araştırma yapılmıştır.Ampirik araştırma ilaç sektöründe yer alan firmalar arasında iki şirkette ve toplam 214 çalışanı kapsamaktadır. Bu kapsamda detaylı bir literatür araştırmasına dayanarak bir iş tatmini soru formu hazırlanmış ve çalışanların örgütsel bağlılıklarını belirlemek için M.Sungurlu'nun Türkçe'ye çevirdiği.Buchanan tarafından hazırlanmış olan "Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen veriler "SPSS for Windows 13,0"programmdan yararlanılarak değerlendirilmişi tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişki bu bulgularla açıklanarak çalışma tamamlanmıştır.

The aim of this research was to examine the relations between employees job satisfaction and organizational commitment.After explained this research with teoric,an ampirical research was made for supported the subject.Ampirical research contained two firms in medical sector and 214 employees.A question form about job satisfaction was prepared by depending an a detailed literature research and added measuring employees organizational commitment. "Organizational Commitment Scale"prepared by Buchanan and translated was M.Sungurlu is used. In the assessment of data that were obtimined from this research; frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation, T-test, one way variance analysis and Tukey-test. from statistical methods and "SPSS for MS Windows 13.0"packageprogramme were used.
