Spor hizmeti sunan kamu kurumlarında lider üye etkileşimi ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ilişkisi

Bu araştırma, spor hizmeti sunan kamu kurumlarında lider üye etkileşimi ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü merkez ve taşra teşkilatı çalışanlarından (N=156) elde edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, lider üye etkileşimi ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu sonuç çerçevesinde, iş tanımının ötesinde davranış sergileyen çalışanlara sahip olmak isteyen spor işletmelerinin lider üye etkileşimi kalitesini artırmaları yönünde öneriler verilmiştir.

The relationship between leader member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior in public organizations providing sports services

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior. Data for the study were obtained from employees (N=156) in Youth and Sports General Directorate through questionnaires. The analysis indicated that there were a significant and positive relationship between leader member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior. In this framework, the recommendations were given related to increase leader member exchange for sport organizations.
