Farklı branşlarla uğraşan bayan sporcuların bazı fiziksel uygunluk değerlerinin incelenmesi

Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı branşlarla uğraşan bayan sporcuların, bazı fiziksel uygunluk değerlerini incelemek ve birbirleriyle karşılaştırmaktır. Çalışmamıza voleybol, basketbol ve futbol branşıyla uğraşan her bir branştan 20 olmak üzere toplam 60 bayan sporcu (yaş 21.20 ±1.87 yıl) gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan sporcuların yaş, boy, vücut ağırlığı, beden kitle indeksi, esneklik, vücut yağ yüzdesi, 30m sürat, maksimum oksijen tüketim kapasitesi (MaxVO2) ve drop sıçrama gücü değerleri ölçülmüştür. Üç grup arasında fark olup olmadığına bakmak amacıyla Kruskal Vallis testi, ikili karşılaştırmalarda Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Some physical fitness values of female athletes engaged in different team sport branches

The purpose of this study was to examine and compare physical fitness values of students engaged in different team sport branches .Total 60 female athletes (age 21.20 ±1.87 years), that 20 athletes in each branch which are volleyball, basketball and football participated the study as a volunteer. Age, height, body weight, body mass index, flexibility, body fat percentage, 30m sprint, maximum oxygen consumption capacity (MaxVO2) and drop jump values were measured. The values between three groups were compared by Kruskall Vallis Test. For the pair wise comparison Mann Whitney-U test was used. As a result of measurements, significant differences were found in height, weight, (p<0.01 and p<0.05), no significant differences were found in age, BMI, flexibility and body fat % between different sports branches (p>0.05). 10m and 30m running time and speed were not found significantly different between sports branches. But 10-30m speed values were found higher in basketball players than soccer players (p<0.05). MaxVO2 values were 32.45± 3.55 ml/kg/min in volleyball players, 41.33 ± 9.48 ml/kg/min in basketball players and 37.16 ± 6.9 ml/kg/min in soccer players. Basketball players&#8217; MaxVO2 values were found higher than volleyball players (p<0.05). Drop jump values were not found significantly different between sports branches (p>0.05). As a result of this research findings and as a literature it can be said that structure of body has to be appropriate with the engaged sports branch. Physical fitness values that required the sports branches can be expressed clearly by increasing the number of subjects and number of sports branches.
