Tıp hukuku alanında gerek kurumsal ve gerekse bireysel hukuksal sorumluluk bakımından üzerinde önemle durulması gereken konulardan birisi güvenlik konusudur. Bu bağlamda sadece hasta güvenliği değil, sağlık çalışanı güvenliği de ele alınmalıdır. Sağlık çalışanı güvenliği çerçevesinde alınması gereken tedbirler ve bu tedbirlerin alınmaması halinde ne tür bir hukuksal sorumluluğun doğacağı ve bu sorumluluğun kimlere ait olacağı bu çalışmada ele alınmaktadır. Bu sorumluluk esas itibarıyla kasten/taksirle öldürme ve kasten/taksirle yaralama eylemleri nedeniyle söz konusu olacaktır

The field of medical law, the corporate and individual legal responsibility should be emphasized in terms of security. In this context, not only patient safety, healthcare worker safety should also be addressed. In this study is being discussed safety of healthcare staff and the measures to be taken.
