FARKLI KOMPOZİT REZİN SİMANLARIN, PORSELEN LAMİNATE VENEERLERİN NANOSIZINTISI ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Laminate restorasyonların klinik başarısında marjinal uyum ve nano sızıntı o nemli bir fakto rdu r. Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı rezin siman materyallerinin laminate restorasyonların nanosızıntı değ erleri u zerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu çalışmada 21 adet çu ru ksu z u st çene birinci ku çu kazı dişi laminate restorasyon için prepare edildi. Her bir laminate veneer restorasyon IPS E.max (Ivoclar-Vivadent AG, Schaan, Liechtenstein) tam seramik materyali kullanılarak u retildi. Ö rnekler rastğele iki eşit ğruba ayrıldıktan sonra Panavia F2 ve Variolink rezin simanlar kullanılarak porselen restorasyonlar simante edildi. Simante o rnekler 2000 defa termal do nğu işlemi uyğulandı ve ağ ırlıkça %50'lik ammonikal AğNÖ3 ço zeltisi içinde 24 saat bekletildi. Tu m o rnekler taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) kullanılarak nano sızıntı için değ erlendirildi. I statistiksel değ erlendirme sonucunda Panavia F2 ve Variolink simanları ile simante edilen o rneklerin sızıntı değ erleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır (p=0.529). Her iki adeziv simanın PLV simantasyonunda ğu venle kullanılabileceğ i sonucuna ulaşılmıştır

EVALUATING THE NANOLEAKAGE OF LAMINATE VENEERS WITH DIFFERENT ADHESIVE RESIN CEMENTS

The marğinal fit and resistance to nanoleakağe are two of the important factors for clinical success in laminate veneer restorations. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the nanoleakağe of laminate veneers with different adhesive resin cements. Twenty-one noncarious human maxillary first premolar teeth were obtained and buccal surfaces of the teeth were prepared for laminate veneers. Laminate veneer restorations of each tooth was fabricated usinğ IPS E.max (IvoclarVivadent AG, Schaan, Liechtenstein) all ceramic material. Laminate veneers were divided in two ğroups in terms of adhesive cement, and veneers were cemented by Panavia F2 and Variolink cements. Cemented samples were subjected to thermal cyclinğ ( 2,000 cycles) and then stored for 24 hours in 50%' ammonical AğNÖ3. All samples were evaluated with nano-leakağe test usinğ scanninğ electron microscope (SEM) .Accordinğ to the statistical analysis results revealed that laminate veneers cemented with Panavia F2 and Variolink were not siğnificantly different in terms of nano-leakağe (p = 0.529). Within the limitations of this study, the porcelain laminate veneers which were cemented with two different adhesive cements have similar resistance to nanoleakağe
