Single Coronary Artery and Trombus Aspiration: A Case Report
We report a case of isolated single coronary artery. A 65 year-old man was presented with chest pain, who was diag- nosed as inferior myocardial infarction. During coronary angiography, we revealed single coronary artery, originatingfrom right sinus valsalva, and stenosis on right coronary artery. Because of trombus burden, we performed successfultrombus aspiration, and stent implantation.
