Rektum CA olgusunda malrotasyon anomalisi ve rudimenter appendiks

İntestinal malrotasyon midgutun embriyolojik dönemde 270 derecelik rotasyonu tamamlayamaması ile ortaya çıkan gelişimsel bir anomalidir. Bu anomaliye bağlı gelişen semptomlar yetişkinlerde insidental olarak tespit edilmektedir Bu çalışmada rektum kanseri nedeniyle opere edilen bir hastada karşılaşılan intestinal malrotasyon ve rudimenter appendiksin birlikteliğini irdelemeye çalıştık.

Intestinal malrotation is an embrylogical development anomaly which midgut does not rotate properly its 270 degree anticlockwise rotation.Symptoms resulting from this are found incidentally in adults.In this case we want to study the relationship between intestinal malrotation and rudimentary appendix tissue in a patient with rectum carcinoma.
