Pull Yöntemi ile perkütan endoskopik gastrostomi yapılan 36 hastanın analizi

Amaç: Endoskopi ünitemizde yapılan perkütan endoskopik gastrostomi işlemlerini hastalara ait demografk özellik-ler, endikasyon ve komplikasyonlar açısından irdelemek.Yöntem ve Gereçler: Ocak 2007 ile Mart 2012 tarihleri arasında endoskopi ünitemizde çeşitli endikasyonlarla 36hastaya perkütan endoskopik gastrostomi işlemi uygulandı. Olguların tümünde PEG, Pull Metodu ile gerçekleştirildi.Hastaların demografk özellikleri, endikasyonları, majör ve minör komplikasyonları retrospektif olarak incelendi.Bulgular: Çalışmaya dahil edilen hastaların %61.2si (22) erkek, %38.8 (14) kadınlardan oluşmaktaydı. Gastros-tomi endikasyonları arasında ilk sırayı %77.7 (28) ile nörolojik bozukluğu olan hastalar almaktaydı. Bir hasta işlemsırasında gelişen majör komplikasyon sonucu sepsise bağlı exitus oldu. Ayrıca bir hastada gatrostomi tüpüne bağlı sistemik kandidiazis görüldü. %22.2 (8) oranında en sık yüzeyel enfeksiyon olmak üzere çeşitli minör komplikasy-onlar gelişti.Sonuç: Perkütan endoskopik gastrostomi ameliyathane ortamı gerektirmeyen, ucuz, kolay uygulanabilen uzun sürelienteral besleme yöntemidir. Düşük komplikasyon oranlarına rağmen invaziv bir işlem olduğu ve nadir de olsa ölüm-cül komplikasyonlara yol açabileceği unutulmamalıdır.

The analysis of 36 patients with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy which performed pull technique

Aim: The aim of the present study is to evaluate demograhic characteristics, indications and complications of patientswho were performed percutaneous endoscopic gastroenterostomy in our endoscopy unit.Material And Method: 36 patients with different indications were performed percutaneous endo-scopic gastroenterostomy between January 2007 and March 2012 in our endoscopy unit. PEG wereplaced in all of the patients by Pull method. demographic characters, indications, major and minorcomplications were determined retrospectively.Results:Patients who were enrolled in the study were consisted of 22 (%61.2) male and 14 (%38.8) female patients. Patients with norologic disease comes frst with the rate of % 77 between theindications of PEG. There was one major complication. One patient was died because of major com-plication and septic shock that was occured during and after the procedure. Furthermore systemiccandidiasis because of gastroenterostomy tube was seen in one patient. Different minor complications including the
