Lokalize primer mesane amiloidozu: vaka sunumu ve literatürün gözden geçirilmesi

Amiloidoz pek çok organda anormal fibriler protein birikimi ile karakterize sistemik bir hastalıktır. Üriner sistemin primer lokalize amiloidozu nadirdir ve vakaların yarısından fazlası mesanede lokalizedir. Klinik özellikleri, sistosko- pik ve radyolojik bulguları ile mesanenin neoplastik ve enflamatuvar lezyonlarından ayırt edilemez. Biz 61 yaşında mesanede lokalize amiloidozu olan bir kadın hastayı sunduk.

Localized primary amyloidosis of the bladder: a case report and review of the literature

Amyloidosis is a systemic disease affecting many organs, characterized by the deposition of fibrillar protein. Primary localized amyloidosis of the urinary tract is rare, and over half of the reported cases have been localized to the blad- der. Its clinical features, cystoscopic and radiological findings are indistinguisable from neoplastic or inflammatory lesions of the bladder. We report a case of localized amyloidosis of bladder in a 61 years old women.
