Gebe Hastalarda Preoperatif Anksiyete Sebepleri ve Değerlendirilmesi:STAI Skorlarının Karşılaştırılmas

Amaç: Bu anket çalışması, preoperatif anksiyete nedenlerini ve seviyelerini belirlemektir. Anksiyete ölçümündestandart test olarak kabul edilen State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) testini kullanarak sezaryan uygulanan gebelerde anestezi ile ilgili endişe nedenlerini belirleyerek, preoperatif ve postoperatif anksiyete düzeylerini ölçmek,anksiyetenin hasta memnuniyeti ile ilişkisini incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Yöntem ve Gereçler: Operasyondan 1 ile 3 gün önce anket uygulanan hastaların 800ü değerlendirmeye alındı.Anket formunun birinci bölümde; yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim gibi demografik bilgiler ile anestezi deneyimi soruldu. İkincibölümde; anestezi ile ilgili endişeleri içeren 12 soru yöneltildi. Üçüncü bölümde durumsal anksiyeteyi ölçen STAI,anestezi ile ilgili endişe nedenlerini belirlemeye yönelik hazırlanan 12 soruluk bir anket ve ameliyat sonrası iyileşmekalitesini ölçen QoR- 40 anketi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Preoperatif ve postoperatif dönemde hastalarla görüşülmüşve anket formlarını doldurmaları istenmiştir. Anestezi ile ilgili en sık endişe nedenlerinin ameliyat sonrası uyanmamak, ameliyat sonrası ağrı, yoğun bakımda kalmak olduğu ve preoperatif anksiyetenin postoperatif hasta memnuniyeti ve ağrı kontrolü ile ilişkili olduğu belirlendi.

The Evaluation of Preoperative Anxiety and Causes in Patients With Pregnancy: Comparision of STAI Scores

Objective: We aimed to determine the reasons about the anxiety of anesthesia , measure the preoperative and pos- toperative anxiety levels and investigate the relationship between patient satisfaction and anxiety on patient who isundergoing C/S. This poll study was performed in order to determine preoperative anxiety levels and the reasonsof anxiety, and to compare the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) test, which is the standard test for measuringanxiety. Material and Methods: 800 pregnancy of the patients who took the poll 1days before the operation were taken forevaluation. The first part of the poll form included demographic information. In the second part; they were askedto grade 12 anxiety reasons about anesthesia. In the third part; STAI and a questionnaire composed of 12 questionswhich purpose to determine the reasons about anxiety of anesthesia and QoR-40 questionnaire which thequantity, the quality of postoperative recovery. The patients were met on preoperative and postoperative periods and demandedto fill questionnare forms. At the end of the study, the most frequently reasons of anesthesia anxiety was never beenawoken again, postoperative pain and stay in intensive care unit and postoperative anxiety was determined the rela- tion with patient satisfaction and pain control.
