YOAV PELED'İN ETNO-CUMHURİYETÇİLİK KAVRAMI ÜZERİNE

Çalışmada, Yoav Peled’in etno-cumhuriyetçilik kavramı incelenmektedir. Peled’in siyasal düşüncesine yer verilmekte, İsrail yurttaşlık tarihini anlamaya rehberlik eden bir tipoloji olarak Peled’in çok katmanlı yurttaşlık tipolojisi açıklanmakta, tipoloji bağlamında etno-cumhuriyetçilik kavramsallaştırmasının içeriği ele alınmakta ve Peled’in gözünden etno-cumhuriyetçiliğin tarihsel sosyolojik değerlendirmesine yer verilmektedir. Çalışmada belge tarama ve içerik çözümleme araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmaktadır. Liberal, etnik-milliyetçi, cumhuriyetçi ilkelerden müteşekkil Peled’in çok katmanlı yurttaşlık tipolojisinin açıklanması, siyonizm, post-siyonizm ve neo-siyonizm tartışmalarına temas etmeyi gerektirdiğinden, çalışma siyonizm çerçevesinde yürütülen tartışmaları içermektedir. Çalışmanın önemi, Türkiye’deki siyaset bilimi literatüründe Peled’in etno-cumhuriyetçilik kavramı üzerine yapılan ilk akademik araştırma olmasıdır.
