Okul Öncesi Öğretmen Adaylarının Müzik Etkinliklerine Yönelik Özyeterlik Algıları

Bu araştırmada okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının müzik etkinliklerine yönelik özyeterlik algılarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmaya 2015-2016 eğitim yılı bahar yarıyılında Mersin Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Okul öncesi eğitimi Anabilim dalı 3 ve 4. sınıfında öğrenim gören öğretmen adayları katılmışlardır. Bu araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak "kişisel bilgi formu" ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "müzik etkinliklerine yönelik özyeterlik anketi" kullanılmıştır. Yapılan geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizlerinden sonra veri toplama aracının güvenirlik katsayısı ?= 0.87 olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulguların istatiksel olarak ifade edilmesinde, frekans (f), yüzde (%),aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma, verilerin analizinde ise parametrik testler kullanılmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarının cinsiyet ve sınıf değişkenine göre müzik etkinliklerine yönelik özyeterlik algılarında anlamlı bir farklılığın olup olmadığına yönelik olarak bağımsız gruplar için t testi, diğer değişkenlere göre farklılıkları belirlemek amacıyla ise Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucu okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının müzik etkinliklerine yönelik özyeterlik algılarının yüksek düzeyde (X=4.18) olduğu; öğretmen adaylarının müzik etkinliklerine yönelik öz yeterlik algı düzeylerinin cinsiyetlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde farklılık gösterdiği (p < 0.05), müzik etkinliklerine yönelik öz yeterlik algı düzeyleri ile mezun oldukları lise türü, üniversite öncesi müzik eğitimi alma durumu, müzik dersi başarı ve akademik başarı notları değişkenleri arasında ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmamıştır (p>0.05).
