This article reports the retrospective evaluation of 13 patients with laryngotracheal stenosis managed at our institution between 1988 and 1996. Etiology, pathology, treatment modality, complications and final results were systematically recorded for each patient. The outcomes were discussed emphasizing the complexity of the problem.
