Benign pleural mesothelioma one of the rare tumors of the pleura and peritoneum, is also known as localized fibrous mesothelioma and subpleural fibroma. This uncommon case whose mass lesion was detected on a chest X-ray taken during routine controls and who was not diagnosed for a long period of time is presented.
