Becoming into “union” ideas in the European social and economic area, extant ofincremental increase, develops to “Europe Citizenship” form. Cultural component of thisform, comes to the conclusion through the medium of education European Citizenshipidentity’s. At this point, European Union education policy, with regard to differences, isinterested in socio economic, cultural and sicientific standards, and raising and expansionof these.
