PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMA / TERAPİ SÜRECİNDE KONTRAT

Literatür incelendiğinde kontrat kavramının, hümanistik felsefenin bir uzantısı olan Transaksiyonel Analiz (TA) yaklaşımında danışma /terapi sürecinin önemli bir aşaması olarak ele alınıp incelendiği dikkati çekmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu makalede kontrat kavramı, TA’nın getirdiği temel fikirler üzerinde durularak değerlendirilmiş, ardından kontrat yapmanın gerekliliği, kontratın etkili olabilmesi için dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar, kontrat yaparken gözlenebilirlik ilkesinin önemi, değişimi engelleyen kontrat türleri, kontrat yapma ve kontratı koruma süreci ile ilgili öneriler üzerinde durulmuştur.

The Contract in Psychological Counselling and Psychotherapy Process

This article is focused on the contract in psychological counseling and psychotherapyprocess. According to literature review, the contract is taken into consideration as anessential stage of counseling/therapy process especially in Transactional Analysis approach(TA). So, in this article firstly, the contract concept has been evaluated with respect tobasic assumptions of TA, and then respectively, the necessity of making contracts, issuesto be considered in order to make an effective contract, the importance of the principle ofobjectivity, the types of contracts which block the changing have been emphasized and inthe end some suggestions about making and keeping contracts have been proposed.Key words: Psychological counseling, psychotherapy, therapeutic contract,transactional analysis (TA).
