Bu çalışma Sir Francis Baconın A Brief Discourse of the Happy Union of the Kingdoms of England and Scotland isimli risalesinin ilk Türkçe çevirisini sunar. Bu söylevde Bacon hanedanlık birleşmelerinin önceki örneklerinden bahsederek İngiltere ve İskoçya krallıklarının birleşmesini kutlar.

A brief discourse of the happy union of the kingdoms of england and scotland

This study presents the first Turkish translation of Sir Francis Bacon’s political pamphlet called A Brief Discourse of the Happy Union of the Kingdoms of England and Scotland. In this discourse Bacon celebrates the union of kingdoms of Scotland and England by comparing it with the earlier forms of dynastic unions.
