Genç Kant'ın evren anlayışı

Newton, yasalarıyla evrende hazır bulduğu düzenliliği açıklar. Kant ise 1755 yılında yazdığı "Evrensel Doğa Tarihi ve Gökler Teorisi" adlı çalışmasında Ev-ren'deki düzenliliğin kökeni Newtoncu ilklere bağlı kalarak açıklar. Buna göre evrendeki tüm göksel cisimler ve düzenlilik, başlangıçta kaos durumunda bulunan kökensel maddeden Newton ilkelerince gelişmiştir. Young Kant's understanding of universe

In his book "Universal Natural History and the Theory of the Heavens" Kant explained the origin of universe's arrangement by using Newtonian laws. Accordingly, all celestial bodies and systematic arrangement in its entire infinite extent arose by means of Newtonian mechanical principles from primordial material, which had been in chaos at the beginning.
